MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) Changes

Beginning Monday, March 16th, all Splash user accounts will require multi-factor authentication (MFA). When logging in, an MFA code will be sent to your email address; this code must be entered into our system in order to successfully login.

Why is this happening?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) strengthens security by requiring users to provide two or more forms of verification—such as a password and a code from a phone—before accessing an account. This extra layer of data protection makes it much harder for hackers to gain access, even if a password is stolen or guessed. By requiring this randomly generated code, along with a strong password, MFA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive personal and health information.

Can't find your MFA email?

The email will come from no-reply@researchstudytrial.com. Check your Junk/Spam folder in case it ends up there, then add it to your safe contacts list.

Still facing issues?

Reach out and we'd be happy to help you gain access to your account.
